HPA invites individuals and companies to share new and innovative technology with the participants of the HPA Tech Retreat®. The Innovation Zone is where attendees can discover your company’s NEW technology in a space designed for learning and discovery. Bring your latest and greatest innovations that improve how the chain from acquisition to delivery is done. Applications will be accepted until January 3, 2025 or until we are at capacity.

About the HPA Tech Retreat:
The Tech Retreat is unique among industry events, asking world-class leaders in engineering, technology, creativity and business to turn away from their day-to-day routines and gather to explore and experience the most compelling topics around the creation, management, and dissemination of content. This kind of focused, authentic discussion between experts happens nowhere else.
Ideas are rigorously explored and debated – not just during onstage presentations, but continuously throughout the event, from the golf tournament to breakfast roundtables and dinners, all the way through to nightcaps.
The HPA Tech Retreat provides trade and association services, namely, promoting the interests of the professional entertainment community in the fields of creation and finishing of motion pictures, television, commercials, digital media and other dynamic media content.
As a non-profit trade association, the HPA Tech Retreat is established to promote the interest of all parties in the entertainment industry. From studio executives to creatives, technologists to engineers, the HPA Tech Retreat provides answers, education, and resources to help shape the future of our industry.
THE HOTEL: We Own It.
The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is officially, entirely, 100% HPA Tech Retreat for the 2025 Tech Retreat. No non-Retreaters allowed. For the week of February 16, it will become a bustling, thriving nexus of action completely dedicated to bringing together the tech and creative communities. From Sunday’s golf tournament through the end of Thursday’s main program sessions, every inch of the venue will be a place to nurture Tech Retreat connections.
Sunday Funday
This year on Sunday, attendees can join a range of engaging networking activities including a golf tournament and welcome cocktail reception! Monday will kick off with a networking brunch, leading into TR-X. The Supersession unspools on Tuesday and the Main Conference enthralls on Wednesday and Thursday.
Hands On!
Experience the latest innovations at the Innovation Zone, open from Monday to Wednesday. Don’t miss the Innovation Zone cocktail reception and food truck extravaganza on Wednesday evening.
