Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR November 9, 2023 HPA Awards Show.

Cancellations will be accepted up to three weeks before the day of the event, October 19, 2023. After October 19, no cancellations can be accepted but you can transfer your tickets by request. All cancellations will have a 10% fee deducted from the refund.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR February 18-22, 2024 HPA Tech Retreat.

Cancellations made by January 25, 2024 will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee. In addition, a $35 administrative fee will be charged for any refunds made to registrations paid by check.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER January 25, 2024. However, you may transfer a registration to another individual. No fee will be charged for transferred registrations provided the new registrant is of the same registration type (Member or Non-Member). If the new registrant is of a different registration type, the difference in price will apply.
